For those who cannot wait until the garlic bulbs are ready or those
that like the garlic taste but not the strong taste of the bulbs
we have garlic scapes.
Our garlic scapes are ready near the end of June or beginning of
July. Due to the short shelf life it is advised to contact us prior
to harvesting the scapes to arrange for an immediate pick-up or
delivery.
