When you try our processed garlic products you will be immediately impressed with the flavour. Our garlic products are 100% pure garlic; therefore only a small amount is needed in your recipes. We put it on everything from eggs, salads, meats, fish and potatoes. You can put it on almost anything!

Our processed garlic products go through a few stages before they are bottled. The bulbs are cracked, peeled and washed. The cleaned product is put through a slicer and placed on the dehydrator for 72 hours at 35C. Once dried, the garlic flakes are removed from the dehydrator. Some of the garlic flakes are bottled to sell as is and some are put through a commercial blender for further processing into fine powder or large granules.
